On visiting Santa Fe

Published on March 12, 2005

Liz and I headed off to Santa Fe last week for a fantastic vacation. Everyone was asking us “why Santa Fe?”, but to that, I say, why not? It’s a bit warmer, has great Mexican food, and everything has rounded, adobe corners, so there’s no chance of me poking an eye out.

Highlights of the trip included checking out the more desert like landscape, walking around town, seeing nearby cliff dwellings, and of course, eating a ridiculous amount of enchiladas, burritos, and chile rellenos. We also stayed in a great little rental house that was heated solely by a fireplace. Most excellent.

I know, I’m light on details, but check out the photos, you’ll get the idea.
