quantity, not quality.

Even though I’ve been updating yovanoff.com semi-regularly as of late, I still feel a bit mentally checked-out from this site. Honestly, I haven’t been terribly busy, but rather, just enjoying some time catching up with friends, the web, books, and movies.
I’ve gotten lucky and hit a string of books that have held my interest all the way through, including the popular The Da Vinci Code (recommended by Liz). Also, Bringing Down the House (recommended by my brother), The Alchemist and How Would you Move Mount Fuji (both recommended by Amazon) have all been good reads. Also recently, I got to hang out with Allison, which was great. Got word that Danielle is moving to Brooklyn, and heard from Lee, who is also joining the Limo Liner revolution. This also marks the first year that my christmas shopping was completed entirely online. A special thanks to Amazon and Google for that. Also thanks to UPS for keeping track of my packages and delivering them (almost) on time. The Bedford Town Court has informed me that they hold traffic trials only on Wednesday afternoons. I can imagine that this small town in eastern New York does this for no other reason than inconvenience to the vast number of travelers who are pulled over on I-684, in hopes that they will plead guilty and mail in their fines. The court’s telephone exchange? 666. I think that’s about it for now. I’ve still got the travel bug, so if you want to go somewhere and it’s either warm or not in this country, let me know, and I’ll probably want to go as well. Now, it’s time to watch 24!
